I'm 5'2" and 107 lbs. This XS top was too large for me, so I returned it. In general it had a cotton-feel, with stretch. It had no darting or princess seams so was slightly boxy. XXS would probably have been more appropriate, but I decided not to reorder because I decided I want a top with darting on the back (more flattering).

This is an excellent scrub tops for petite frames! I'm only 5' tall, 93 lbs, with shorter torso than legs for reference. This is great with a short back length of only 24 3/4 inches! I got this top in navy to match my navy "Skinny Lindsey" scrub pants and the colors definitely match. Top is comfortable to wear out of the packaging, fits well (XXS), and looks good.
I am not a fan of the flower button on the chest pocket, but if you just undo the button, it is easily concealed.
