Way too big! I searched through and read all of the comments to try and get an idea of how they would fit based on other reviewers measurements and recommendations. I am 5'7", 130lbs, 34C, athletic/slim build so not very curvy, usually wear a size 4. I ordered a small top and small straight leg pant (Grey's Anatomy 4277 Straight Leg Pant Steel S while the lengths were fine on both (which is usually my struggle) they were way too baggy! Obviously, scrubs shouldn't be super tight but they were way too loose for my taste. Felt like I was wearing Men's size scrubs. Might try the XS because they were pretty soft. I wish they had more accurate size charts or even measurements of the actual garment's dimensions since everyone's body is different!

Great scrub top! I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs and ordered a small. It's very soft! Not sure if I'll be ordering more since the price is a little high for a generic v neck scrub top.

I love greys anatomy scrubs. They are some of the most comfortable scrub tops out there. I have two problems with these scrubs though...first is that the pocket on the right is smaller than the pocket on the left. Not like way smaller but just a little bit smaller and it drives me crazy!!! I can fit my phone and folded papers in my left pocket but if I try to move them to the right it doesn't fit! Anyway thats not a huge deal for most people. The other issue is that they are a little larger than expected and kind of loose and shapeless. Not like I want to look spectacular as I'm wiping butts or anything but I would just like to feel like my top fit a little better. I got a medium and I normally wear a medium. I had other greys anatomy tops that were size medium that fit me perfectly but for some reason (maybe the style?) this one is just sort of baggy. Other wise these tops are comfy, breathable, and good quality!

These are amazing scrubs. I think they run on the "looser" side of tops so it fits true to size. I tried another one they carry, the Mock wrap one and those are junior sizing so I had to go up a size. I think these are so soft and much more forgiving. Some days I'm not in the mood to stand up with perfect posture and I want to eat a bigger lunch. ;) This top still gives you waist definition without feeling like it's hugging you uncomfortably.

This is officially my new favorite top! I used to always wear the mock top but this one fits just as great and actually better. This is good for those with a bigger bust and feel that the mock top doesn't come down below their bust enough. I wear a medium in this top. I'm 5'3, 165 lbs, and 34DD for those who would like a size comparison.

I love this top! It is one of my favorite scrub tops. Originally the mock wrap solid scrub top by Grey's Anatomy was my favorite. This has become my favorite though. It is so comfortable and basic. It is soft and I love the way it fits. I have this scrub top in White, Hunter Green and the Bahama color. I will definitely be ordering this top again. The Hunter Green and Bahama color are the ones I most recently ordered and they go really well with navy or black scrub pants.
