Best (but not perfect) scrub jacket for men, April 24, 2015

As mentioned by another reviewer, this is the rare scrub jacket with a masculine look. Like other scrub jackets, it has no lining so if your work environment is on the cold side, it won't keep you warm. On the plus side, it has good pockets, including a zippered chest pocket and a coin/small item pocket inside the right-waist pocket.
If your work environment allows you to wear (long or short-sleeve) t-shirts instead of scrub tops, but with a jacket on top, this is THE jacket for men. Over a scrub top, however, it becomes a little redundant for most workplaces, I would think.
The sizing is in line with Carhartt scrub sizing.

as a male nurse this is the only lab coat that I've ever been able to wear, and not look like a big sissy! it looks extremely professional and masculine, and it's perfect for cool work environments, and those spring and fall days when it's just a little chilly.
