Any large-aperture lens yields really nice portrait photos. I wish I had gone for a 20-25 mm though. I have to stand pretty far away from my subject (> 10 ft.) with this lens.

Macro shots are amazing with it. The autofocus really helps.
It does hunt for focus at times, but can't argue with the quality of the image.

The best purchase I've ever made from Olympus! This lens is AMAZING!!! It not only makes fantastic macros, but also beautiful portraits. This is a MUST HAVE if you use an olympus! I have switched to Nikon and now I'm trying to find if this will fit onto my Nikon with an adapter ring. I LOVE this lens!
