 I didn't expect it to be great at this price point

Complete junk. The electrical leads are held in with a large piece of tape. My unit died after only a few uses. I didn't expect it to be great at this price point, but it really isn't worth anything. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This thing started out great, then died. I checked all possible fix points, but there was nothing I could repair. It just stopped working after about a month.

My husband uses the carving knife for sculpting wax. He absolutely loves this item. Also, we had some problems with our first machine and Oubo Dental took care of it promptly. THANKS for such good customer service!

Does not have a plug that will work in the U.S.

I just received this product and was eager to use it. Until I notice that the product does not have a plug that will work in the electrical outlets in the US. It looks like a plug that works in Europe. No where in the description does it say anything about the plug. I need to return it. I am very annoyed.

The product is cheap, feels cheap and looks cheap. Hope it lasts! Makes a weird sound when turning on and off
