arrived on time ..used it twice on medium heat with dawn detergent . not happy with results. l heard the heat has to be on high. l will try that next time. use it to clean carburetor parts..

It's a well made cleaner and the transducer provides enough action to clean must items. The temperature gage is useless though. It basically just turns the unit off and on. It's just misleading. An on/off would be better suited and buyers would know exactly what they are buying. Once the solution is to the temperature you want just turn the heater off or it'll just keep heating to it's max temperature. Once you accept this limitation, you'll be happy with the unit.

Had to invent a device to hold certain items up off the bottom for cleaning. Works real well except for temperature control, but an 'offset' down 10 deg.F corrects for that (the temp display runs about 10-12 deg.F higher than the set-point). Nice cleaning on various jewelry bits.
