I've worn a lot of headsets and I'm quite impressed with this one.
The Good:
1) It's lightweight. You can easily wear it for extended periods without any noticeable fatigue.
2) Even though the microphone may feel like it's too short it isn't. This is actually a good thing as it keeps it out of the way while you're working - I've had issues scratching an itch near my mouth and knocking the microphone out of the way with other headsets but not this one.
The Bad:
1) And really this isn't that bad. The ear cushion that it came with feels a little small on my ear. I'm a tall man so my ears are probably larger than average, so on most this probably feels right. That being said it isn't uncomfortable it just took an adjustment period of an hour or two.
