I used this product for when i was working at home. The headset was decent but i didn't end up using it for very long because my grandmother ended up buying me a new headset as a surprise for a gift. This product is very simple to use so i would recommend it if you are taking a lot of calls daily. only con i would say is that the other side of the headset isn't the most comfortable to wear(the part where there is no cushion)

Very pleased. I am a long-time user of the older S11 model. Was reluctant (when buying a second one for home use) to upgrade into the unknown/untested-by-me S12 unit.
But I do believe this is an improved version of the S11. It is delivering excellent performance, and the new mic design makes for clearer voice (from my side ) according to call participants. I need this unit -- spend a lot of time on the phone on large participant calls -- and it's excellent to be hands-free and not tilting your head to pin the phone to your shoulder ( a horrible option on long calls ).
Coool: Affordable and works well!

I desperately needed this product asap because I work from home and this is what I use. I ordered it on Dec 3 and it got to me on Dec 3. What a lifesaver!! I think this item works perfectly fine; it does what it is meant to do. I have used this product for 4 years and never had a problem. The reason I ordered it was because I was missing the cord that connects the adaptor to the phone and unfortunately, it was lost in my move. That is the only thing that is a problem trying to find a replacement of the cord as it is not your standard telephone cord.
Great job in getting it to me in the same day and not paying a million dollars for shipping. It was omly $8.95
Kudos to Amazon!!

We bought 2 of these for our office and are happy with them. The call quality is clear and the headset is comfortable. Please note, that if you have a high call volume and a loud office you will want something more sophisticated.

For those who can't afford a wireless headset or don't like them, this headset gets the job done. It is very easy to install and operate. My voice is clear and I can hear my work peers clearly.

The product works fine, although I was used to the next level up at my previous job and liked it better. I had to purchase this one myself for my current job so I went with the more thrifty version. With this one, you have to remove the hand set from the phone, then dial. With the newer you just hit the 'headset on' button, and you're on. If you can afford the next level, get that. If not, this one is entirely adequate and spares the stress on my neck.
