I should have read more of the reviews before purchasing. It's not as quiet as stated in some reviews, also the main issue I have with this item is the electrical cord is in the back at the top of the shredder, so it won't sit up against the wall. It sticks out a couple inches. I don't have any extra space to share with a wall cord, when it could have been placed on the side. It shreds well and fast, but I had to buy a separate shredder for credit cards.

Had a previous unit for many years, worked well until my wife to feed to many pages at one time. Follow instructions, do not allow anyone else to use it.

This is perfect for what I needed - a cheap personal shredder that I can use at home. It's not as fancy as some of the other personal shredders but it's a good quality product for the price.

Super for the money. Great cross shredding. This is my second one because I used my first one to clean out an industrial filing area. I shredded industrial volumes of paper and this machine worked so well, I bought a second one.
