The echo renders it basically unusable. I have to use my cell phone instead. Very disappointed.

Great product. Amazing range. I can walk outside in my large yard and still use it. I don't use it for telephone - I use it as a wireless microphone and earphone headset for my 1 KW ham radio transceiver. The audio is high quality - I get great comments from others on the air. I have had zero problem with it. If you use it as I am, be sure you use RFI chokes on the mic leads... it is not shielded - as you would expect. I can't take credit for the original idea of adapting it to the radio - W8KMX did this.

This is by far the best headset I have ever owned. Unfortunately the base unit gave up the ghost after only two years and they no longer make this model.
The replacement model JABRA PRO 9450 DUO is not in the same class.
JABRA Please bring back this GN9350e back!
