I bought this to work at home. I work in a call queue and decided a wireless headset would best suit my needs. After about 8 months of using this, I began having major amounts of static that interrupts many of my phone calls. I work for a telecom company & this makes me look/sound horrible as a sales person. By the time it got so bad I decided to return it, the annual warranty had expired. I have a few co-workers that have the same brand headset & have had no issues. It's too expensive to just replace.

Love my headset. Very clear, easy to use, charges while on the stand so you never have to worry about remembering batteries or charging. Last for hours and reaches far through to the other end of my office before even getting static (About 30 feet).

We have a little static but are not positive that it isn't the line or the frequency at this point.
Nice headsets. We have more than 20 of them in use at our office. Makes work much more flexible when you can move around while you are talking on a landline.

This is the second one I have owned. I changed jobs and I bought another one immediately. If you have a land line these things are a no brainier. The sound quality is excellent.

first used this at work, but at home it is a great addition, especially if you do conference calls. Have used it as well for personal calls and it is great. Would recommend in the strongest terms. I can walk throughout the house and outside with no problem. Great sound. Great product
