I've used Plantronics phones and headsets (both wired and wireless) in my job for years and I have to commend them on their products and excellent customer service. This headset worked very well with my existing unit. The last one lasted for years, and the only reason I needed a replacement was because I (accidentally) yanked the cord out too many times (getting it caught on items as I walked around) and bent the pin. The headset DOES come with a clothes clip so you don't get the cord caught on anything (maybe I'll actually use that this time).

If only the headsets lasted as long as the phone. However, replacing them every 2 or 3 years isn't bad. I am very pleased with this item as it is a very high quality product.

I have always loved Plantronics products and there is no exception to this one as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a versatile head set. This works with our Plantronic phone as well as with our other cordless phones.
