Quality power supply at a reasonable price. Using it to power a home-grown Hallowe'en mechanical, and definitely does the trick!

 Not for ALL Polycom phones, just the older ones. VVX Phone users go elsewhere., October 30, 2015

I'm giving this 2 stars only because the description is not accurate. It does fit MOST Polycom phones, not ALL polycom phones as stated. I have a new VVX 410 and it did NOT work in this phone. It does however work in my old Polycom 600 something. So if you have a new VVX polycom, you need to get a different adapter.
I gave 2 stars because the adapter works, just not in the VVX.
