It was just what I needed for my corporate job. We consistently have meetings, with many of them being on the phone. We also have classes which we are required to take and training which is also on the phone. When you have neck and back injuries--sitting with a phone nudged between your head and shoulder is not good. This headset worked perfectly. When I speak into the microphone, people hear me clearly, and I hear them perfectly. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

I really needed this for digital media work while being on 3 hour conference calls and having a normal stereo headset on top of my left ear. Works great with out Avaya phone system.

Great addition to the office phone I have. Sturdy and clear calls and the mute button is great. It also came in with an adapter in case your phone doesn't have the port size, though I don't think it will work with Nortel phone systems, you wouldn't need it hopefully.

Perfect sound quality. I bought 8 of them after testing one out for quality. One of the foam was ripped, but the dealer replaced it immediately for free which was nice. Just make sure you put the mouth piece so that it is right in front of your lips so that it is almost touching your lips for the best sound quality. If you put it below your lips the other party can't really hear you. If you put it above your lips the other party could hear you breath sometimes from your nostrils.
