I purchased this bluetooth headset to use for my business which is mostly outdoors in all kinds of weather. It had good sound quality on the receivng end but was way too loud on my end even when turned down. It was very loud and piercing. The comfort was something I could never really get used to. After wearing it for a few hours it was painful. The range was ok and pairing was easy. Battery life was ok, charging was fast.

Best in ear Bluetooth so far! I have tried them all and although my first one the on off switch broke, it was more due to grandchild abuse. Very comfortable, good call quality............Wish they made this style and fit that would go in both ears and be stereo. Tried backbeat go and fit and they lack in comfort, call clarity and fall short on music sound.

I've had three others and they were ok, but this one is the best. I can hear really well and the people on the other end can hear really well also. Read the instructions and then read them again. If you get stumped call their remarkable customer service.

Great buy, can be paired (bluetooth connected) to two separate devices at same time; the ability to walk and chew gum, just pulling your leg; It also has voice command

It's nice I like the look, the red and blue light. The volume is hard to adjust l can not get it right, It's not the M50. My last M50 didn't last but 2 yrs when my co-worker bought hers after me and hers is going strong.

Sound isn't clear. Too much static when talking. Doesn't fit in my ear properly so I could barely hear. It's a really nice looking Bluetooth. I'm disappointed that it wasn't worth it. It didn't hold a charge long at all. You don't have to talk on it and the battery just runs down in a matter of a couple of hours. When I turned it on fully charged it said 3 hrs of talk time. I got one call and talked 36 minutes it then said I had less than 2 hrs talk time left.
