This shredder does a great job. There is only one thing that concerns me when it is running it makes a rattling sound. It doesn't affect how it works.

It has a large capacity and seems to be built well, but I've had other shredders that were more micro in the shredding than this one is.

This is the BEST shredder my husband and I have ever had. I have used it so much, really putting it to the test, and it passes every time. Micro cut is the ONLY shredder to have these days, because there is no way the pieces can be put back together for theft. If you need a good shredder, this one is the one to get, and WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
