I had lots of problems with the shredder jamming even with standard copier paper. The jams were time consuming to take care of. I will be returning this item to purchase a regular shredder.

I am very satisfied with this shredder.. I saves time by allowing you to place a stack of paper in the feeder drawer to automatically shred the paper as you walk away. Great product

We have not had any problems with this shredder and the price seems good to me for what you get. If you just do a little shredding around your house, then I think this would be perfect for you. If you are shredding tons of paper or need a large capacity shredder for your office, I would not recommend this shredder.

Excellent machine. It works by itself. You can forget about shredding documents. You can put all sheets inside it, and this machine take page by page in less time than you can imagine. I love it. This is the second time we bought this one for our office. The first one stopped working after 4 year, but we give it much use, even so it's working until now.
