Had this for 3 years or longer. Still works well. I recommend getting the oiling sheets so it stays in good condition.

Just what I was looking for. Does the job and is easy to operate. Came delivered on the date indicated and was well packaged. The only problem is getting the shredded paper into a bag when emptying the canister - some of it spills over onto the floor. Other than that I would recommend this product highly.
