While the headset itself is great, we're unfortunately stuck with what appears to be a bad unit. Ordered in November '15, the battery life on this headset is virtually nonexistant. I've tried to get in touch with the Amazon seller to get a replacement battery or headset, but have had no luck. Very disappointed as we know these headsets are great when not defective.

 expensive for only one year light use, January 02, 2016

This phone died after one year of light use (about 5 hours per week), right after the warranty expired. Very disappointed in the durability. Called customer service and they wanted to charge me another $200+ for a refurbished phone.
When it worked, though, the sound quality was good for my conference calls.
