Terrific headset. My first wireless headset and I really like it. I also purchased the HL10 lifter and they work great together.

It works, but I was looking for a headset where I didn't have to take the phone off the hook to answer it (similar to ones I've used in the past). But I've gone out and had to get an additional cable to use with this (which doesn't seem to work right either).
But for what it claims to be, it works, the shipper got it to me super quick so there's no issue with that.

Love this headset. The range is awesome, the clarity and the noise reduction has beet everything I've used so far. I have a 10 person call center and the client on the other end can't hear anything.

Love the wireless idea, but everyone is complaining that they can barely hear me, even after increasing volume (which I realize is probably
only for the headset and not the microphone, but I had to try something!). Looks like I will have to return it, as giving tech support when people
can't hear you is frustrating for all involved. I had hoped for much better quality from Plantronics.
