 Excellent headset for the price, great value., November 30, 2015

This is exactly what I needed - now I can stay on long conference calls without kinking my neck. My only issue is that the adjustment band is a little too short for my (large) head - I can only have one earpiece fully on at a time.
Overall, an EXCELLENT value for the price. The headset plugged right into my Cisco 79xx series phone and worked right off the bat. The only thing that comes even close to "configuration" is pushing the headset button!
Highly recommended.

Either I have a small head or it's an extra large headset. Too big and no way to adjust. Great audio however.
