 Change in design forces use of Headband, February 03, 2016

Super sleek and my office loves it but we DO NOT like the change in design with the part that touches the ear. They do not supply you with extra buds so that multiple people can use. The other design did not go inside the ear so we were able to wipe down easy enough without needing to inner change it. So it has forced us to use it with the headband

Total waste of money. Takes hours to get the handset lifter adjusted properly (which is a big mechanical thing) and I never could get the microphone to work well at all. Instead, I now use a $20 headset that plugs directly into the headset jack of my phone.

Works well for our multi line phone system in small school office., January 12, 2016

I bought this for our school secretary. At first she didn't think she needed anything like this. But now...she can't live without it. It was pretty easy to set up. I'm not much for reading instructions, I just like to start plugging things in and trying. So it took me about an hour to get it figured out. Probably if I would have studied the instructions a bit more I could have done it faster. It works really well and we are glad to have it at our school.

we have a Samsung phone system at our office and these are the only headsets I will order. We are running about 20-25 of these and have never had issues. I think we have had one lifter stop working but thats it...
