I've gone through many shredders that couldn't keep up, this one is great! Hasn't had a 'cool down' stop yet. The only slight improvement I'd make is the slot where the paper is fed, it could stand to be a little wider. Other than that, it's great!

solid with no jamming so far. Best shredder I have owned. Used in home office setting every day. Also the storage bin makes it easy to recycle shredded paper.

HAVE FOR OFFICE, WORKS OK FOR LESS SHEETS, 18 SHEETS MIGHT BE A BIT OF A STRETCH AS IT REALLY STRUGGLES WHEN I PUT THAT MUCH PAPER
