Received package today and bottles were filled to about 1/4 inch from bottom. The literature says that bottles not filled on purpose and there was enough to do a reline. Not true! Mixing ingredients made a heavy paste unable to line an upper plate. Used second mixture and got slightly better results adding a second layer over the first..
