I get these on Subscribe & Save out of convenience because they're a good price. They usually do well, but one was bent at the middle shortly after opening it, and I couldn't brush because it was bend back just enough for the connection to fail and it wouldn't vibrate. This was just one out of a dozen or so over time, so it may have just been a bad one. For the most part, these are pretty good.

Works well. Battery life is a problem but if you take it apart you can replace the aaa battery and jury rig it to start again. A pain to do and use with new battery but possible.

I. Love. This. Toothbrush. It's like having a masseuse in my mouth. My teeth and mouth have never felt cleaner than after using this toothbrush. But there's a story behind this...
A friend gave us me this toothbrush because the VA had given him a bunch of them, and he couldn't use them. I had never seen one before and didn't know that it was "electric," so I brushed normally. Even without knowing I could turn it on, I loved brushing with this! Then my wife pointed out the (+) and (-) on/off buttons (I hadn't had my coffee yet). WOW! This brush goes to 11!
Unfortunately, it died the next day. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! It had sat in my friend's drawer for quite a while before he gave it to me, and the battery had died.
Fortunately, it takes a standard AAA battery to run. And you can change it. Twist the handle off, then pry back the clip. The trick is putting it back together. I recommend putting the battery back in, relax and take a deep breath, then use needlenosed pliers to bend the clip beyond how it is supposed to go, so that when you twist the cap back on (about a 3/4 turn from the original position) it will be in the original position. It may take a couple of tries, but it can be done. Voilà! Semi-disposable toothbrush!

These are great toothbrushes. The battery lasts a long time and the bristles stay good even longer. I've been using these for years and I'm sticking to them.

 Duds-problem fixed

My husband really likes these toothbrushes as he has used them for sometime now. We decided to order 3 at a time. On the first order the battereies barely lasted 1 month as versus the ones purchased at the drug store. They lasted approximately 3 months as he does not use these every day.
We just received our 2nd order and the first one he opened was dead already. The other (2) two ran so we will see how long they work.
I received an e-mail less than 24 hours later saying Amazon would replace the tooth brush. Great customer service. Thank you.

Even my hygienist was impressed by the job done by this toothbrush, which pulsates and scrubs your teeth as you move it around your mouth. The bristles are very soft too.
