If you have the Oral-B Sonic Complete electric toothbrush, then I really recommend using these as the replacement heads. Generics and knock-offs don't fit securely and therefore don't clean as effectively - I know, I've tried to take the cheap route before but realized my teeth are worth the investment up front. I would rather pay for an expensive, great toothbrush and replacement heads than pay for exponentially more expensive dental restorations!!!
You get three heads in this pack, they're exactly like what came for free with your brush. The indicator tips let you know when it's time to switch out for another replacement. Make sure you let the toothbrush do the work - no need to grind back and forth and it will help the heads last longer. When used properly this should keep not only your teeth clean but your gums healthy - I've had great results at my check ups!
