Not effective, waste of money.. doesn't really accomplish anything my regular brush head doesn't do except it has fewer bristles. Irritates gums.

love these! I don't have braces or anything, just a lot of tiny teeth. I used to get a lot of cavities between my teeth. I started using these heads along the gum line in addition to the regular brush (honestly not every day but whenever I feel I need it, kind of switch off with flossing) and I haven't had any of those in between cavities in at least a half year.

I use this attachment after regular brushing. Really helps with extra cleaning at the base of the tooth and gum line as well as between the teeth prior to flossing. I trust Oral B products. I have been using them for decades.

Best price I've encountered so far on these refills. The double-pack was just under $9.00 when the replacements sell at retail for approximately $15.00 each. A great value!
