Love the electric toothbrush. I've never used an electric toothbrush before, LOVE it! The sensitive gum head is just that, sensitive.

I ruined my gums with use of this product over 4 years. It didn't matter that the bristles were soft, or an indicator that let me know if I was pressing to hard. Despite what my dentist told me, the physics of the way this product works significantly damaged my gums. My periodontist recommends Sonicare.
