There is no alternative, but this brand, for this product. I find it a little expensive but quality is quality.
The electric toothbrush and these brush heads have done wonders to improve my teeth and gum health which I had neglected for a while.

Oral B brushes that actually work with the Oral B toothbrush. Save your money, don't buy generic. They just don't work. Stick with Oral B brushes.
