The picture of this pirate is very misleading. The chest is not actually under his foot, but sewn to his stomach and hands as if he were carrying it. The chest itself is fairly small and not well reinforced to make it rigid. It is more than adequate to put a tooth in, but the tooth fairy might have trouble leaving a surprise in its place.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and will use it, but I wish the picture were more accurate and it was a bit better made.

Itty bitty tiny stuffed toy doll. Picture pose is a tad misleleading. Toy chest for tooth is sewn on tummy and just enough room to place tooth.
