I bought a few of these for the staff of my friend's new dental office and they all seemed delighted to receive them. It is obviously not an expensive piece of jewelry, but the picture here represents what is looks like quite well. They served their purpose as cute, themed, add-ons to the staff wardrobe.

Nice necklace, tooth is a good size and not hard to make out as some charms can be. Chain isn't the greatest but works! Great gift for a person who works at an orthodontist.
