Received the XL and have been happy with the fit, April 15, 2017

I'm 6 feet, 32 inseam, 38 waist. Received the XL and have been happy with the fit. I was a tad worried about the waist as the large says 37 inch waist but figured I'd be better with a loose fit than one too tight. I made the right choose. It was not too loose. In fact, very comfortable. For me I had to use a belt just to be safe but I don't think it is required. Like the pockets and the key hoop. I've ordered Dickies Scrubs before and have been happy with them.

but the design is great! On-seam front pockets, March 21, 2017

The fabric is a little heavier than expected, but the design is great! On-seam front pockets, a patch pocket on the leg, and rear pockets. So far, the pants have held up well.

Nice pants but run big in size., August 09, 2016

I have yet to wear these pants around normally, but I have tried them on for a bit and they need to be hemmed first. They are considerably long in the legs based on what they should be. The pants are a nice comfortable fit though and I look forward to having them tailored. Not sure I would buy again though because I would need to tailor each pair. Maybe I just need to grow longer legs. ;)

Where's to loops, May 23, 2016
By K. Jenkin

Wanted the pants for the belt loops and to my surprise there are only 3. Almost a waste, need 4 minimum, 5 would be nice and 6 would bring the house down. As for functionality carrying many supplies as a nurse(sissors ,clamps, alcohol wipes,my keys, wallet, tape, tape measure, pens, etc) I found the pockets difficult to get my hands in and out of. If I would give out a letter grade I'd go with "C". Color held up in first wash and they didn't shrink. I'll continue to wear them until I find a better pair. Why can't anyone make scrubs you can wear a belt with anymore.

Comfortable and they stay up well with zip fly, elastic, button and tie! Cut well, helps with bending down!
