Great idea, but funny fit. Hips were really tight, legs were ok and they were shorter than stated. I have a 32.5" inseam - order the TALL version, not the regular. The hips were way too tight so the pants fit funny overall. I was sad because these were perfect for what I needed - and loved the color. Had to return them.

I'm 4'11" 100lbs. I'm quite petite and slender. I ordered xxs petite. It's difficult for me to find pants that fit. I'm very pleased with the length and overall fit. However I'm disappointed with the way the pants bell bottom out. The picture shown appeared to be straight cut. I like the material and I still plan on ordering more in the future but I'm going to have to tailor them for a straight leg cut instead of it flaring out. I've taken photos and hope this helps out other customers.

BEST SCRUB PANTS EVER. 12 years I've been wearing scrubs, and have never found ones I like more. I stock up one these, they are the only pants I wear. I'm not saying these will fit everyone perfectly, but for me, these are perfection. They have cargo pockets on both legs (a must) plus regular pockets. The draw string plus elastic make a comfortable fit, and the wide draw string never gets tangled or stuck. The look is super flattering and the material has held up so well, the pants I've had for a year now of constant wearing and washing hasn't gotten that dreaded between the thighs rubbed out/thin/hole-y hell that has befallen so many pants that have come before.

I love these pants! This is my 4th pair, and they're the only scrub pants I'll ever buy. They have plenty of pockets, two of which are large enough for a stethoscope. The combination of elastic, tie, and even belt loops at the waist means that you can load up those pockets without losing your pants! With plenty of room for everything in the pants, I can switch up my tops at will and still not have to search for things, because I rarely use the pockets in my top.
Durability has been excellent. I'm worn my original pair almost every week for a year with no obvious signs of wear. There's no fading, pilling, or thinning of the fabric.
As far as fit, I'm somewhat overweight (size 16 to 18) and 5'10". An XL gives me plenty of room to work, especially since the fabric has some stretch. The tie waist makes me feel better about the possibility of losing weight someday! The regular length is a bit short for me, so I order the talls. They're a bit long for me, so I cuff them. I think they'd easily be long enough for a woman of 6'. They're not as curvy a cut as some current styles, but they still quite feminine.
All around great scrub pants!

I sized down based both on size and length on reviews and the pants fit great. I am 5'4", so just at regular pant length, but I have a very short waist. The petite fit like some regular pants in the length. I went down one size off my regular size and they fit great in waist and hips. They are very comfortable. I wear these at a volunteer job that involves being outside with animals. I was not bothered by the seam at the knee, but the pants hit above my knee.
Love all of the pockets. I just wish one or more of them closed with a snap or Velcro. All of the pockets are open.

I am a male nurse. 5' 8" tall 140 lbs 28" waist 30" inseam. I wear boot cut jeans and like scrubs that have plenty of pockets. I tried these in a medium and am very pleased with the loose fit. NOBODY knew they were women's scrubs and I received a lot of complements on it's form and function. Men's scrubs that I would compare these to are $10-$15 more.
