 Longer than most regular lengths but shorter than most talls. Perfect!, January 29, 2016

I love these pants. I am 5'8.5" and find that most regular length pants are too short but I walk on the talls. These fit perfectly with my dansko's in the regular length (even after washing). The waist band is incredibly comfortable and they don't pooch in front like many of the misses fits do. I love all the pockets as well. These are my go to scrub pants!

We'll see how it goes at work, but I like the initial try on. I am surprise that I had to return the large and get a medium, because I am usually a large and sometimes extra large in pants. If you're borderline in size, you may want to go a size down. I am female, 5' 6", 145 lbs, and well-proportioned. The pants have a waistband that has kind of a two-level approach that you can't see real well in the picture. I probably wouldn't want that kind of waistband for normal clothes, but it's fine for work. The top layer of the waist is a polyester-spandex material over an elastic band (different material than the rest of the pants). The bottom layer of the waist is where they put the drawstring. Top of waist is 16 inches across if I lay it out flat. I really like the cargo pocket (there is only one) 'cause it has a diagonal cut that makes it look cooler than the standard straight across pen pocket. They are super long. Inseam is 30 1/4 inches long, and I will be hemming them up, 'cause that is nasty to have pants dragging on the clinic floor. Widest part of the hips is 22 1/4 inches across if I lay it out flat. Rise from the top of the front to the inseam seam is 10 1/2 inches. Rise from the top of the butt to the inseam seam is 15 3/4 inches. These measurements are for the medium size. Overall, they look nice and have pockets, which is good.

Great, comfy fit. Love that it has a bit of a stretch. Fits a bit larger than I expected but I am very pleased and will buy again and again.
