My periodontist recommended this product and I'm so glad he did. It has actually whitened my teeth as well as controls my breath between brushing (both unexpected benefits). I usually have this in the morning after I brush.
Also, it says not to use mouthwash before but I don't use an alcohol based rinse (Biotene) and have not had any problems with it's efficacy.

Keeps your mouth healthy, heals problems

Amazing. Heals mouth problems (like popped taste buds, canker sores, cuts, etc.) in 2 days instead of the usual drawn out 7 days or more. Every time I am amazed. Works on my daughter too.
At first I tasted the "mints" and they tasted gross, and I though "I can't eat these". But I tried once more and the taste was okay, now I look forward to the taste because I know the benefit it will bring me.
So it's worth it to get yourself past your first taste if it's not your favorite, and the taste will definitely grow on you.
At my last dental cleaning they had to spend way less time scraping at my teeth, so I guess these mints help with plaque and tartar too, overall keeping your mouth healthy.
Pros:
Breath feels fresher right away
Heals mouth sores FAST
Tastes pretty good once you're used to it
Gets your mouth healthier
Cons:
Tastes weird at first (but you get used to it)
Somewhat expensive (but nothing compared to dental work, so worth it!)
Bottom line: I have seen proof positive that these mints do good things for your mouth just in the unbelievably accelerated healing time for cuts, sores, and popped taste buds. I will continue to use and buy them, and recommend them to everyone!

 Not the best Oral probiotic

After going to a biological dentist for a gum infection and then trying ozonated olive oil that didn't cure it, I tried EvoraPlus. EvorPlus had about the same effect as brushing with baking soda before bed. It kept the problem from getting worse but did not cure it after a 30 day trial.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 100 Million CFU ProBiora3® (Streptococcus uberis KJ2™, Streptococcus oralis KJ3™, Streptococcus rattus JH145™)
INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Lactitol, Inulin, Glyceryl Behenate, Peppermint Flavor (natural), Spearmint Flavor (natural), Stevia Rebaudioside A (97%)
Next I tried an oral probiotic with BLIS K12 and BLIS M17. I felt improvement right away and my gum is almost healed after a month.
