So far, I am very satisfied. Probiotics can do wonders for your teeth and overall health!
I recommend using this after brushing, flossing, and then mouthwash.
After using mouthwash, use 1 probiotic and allow it to dissolve in your mouth.
Feel the power of probiotics!

After having continuous colds, congestion, and tonsillitis, I got sick of being sick! Since beginning this oral probiotic, I haven’t had even a hint of any of the problems above! Very glad to have given this a try. I think I have found my solution! I’ve got my husband using them already!

I tried this product out of the blue after hearing about "oral probiotics" on Joe Rogan. Naturwise had good reviews on Amazon so I decided to roll the dice since I have issues with receding gums and plaque.
I can't (yet) claim that the gums are better or that my oral health is improved but I have noticed that my breath is fresher and my sinuses have never been clearer. I'm convinced this product has reduced my snoring and improved my sleep. So much so my wife started using it too.

Big improvement in sinus health, almost no need to take allergy pills when i take this. I believe it helps boost my immune defenses as well.
