 Won't Buy The Bulky Guards Again

This dental guard is much better than the bulky "boil-to-fit" kind. I also like the fact that this is a trainer, making the user aware that they are clenching the jaw. It's slim, easily adjustable and comfortable. I had no problem wearing it all night long the first night of use.

Good quality in terms of materials. However, it is nearly impossible to keep in place. Granted it's over-the-counter, but I expected it to perform better. My guess is it would work for someone who happens to have a particular shaped and sized mouth that fits this specific device.

Spent a fortune on night guards only to watch them break in a few months. These guards even if they work for only a few months or you lose them or your dog take it, you are only out a few dollars. Even though they are not perfect I have been using them for years Dandieman

This guard is less bulky and easier to keep in my mouth at night. I like that it is adjustable and I was able to get the fit I needed.
