The fitting felt odd at first because the night guard does not go all around the top of your teeth like other brands. This guard has plastic that creates a space so that NONE OF YOUR TEETH are touching. It felt better since I have an over bite so fitting other guards by heating the plastic still wasn't comfortable. This one help me not become a mouth breather when I fell asleep since the product is small that my lips closed. I don't quite know how to clean this guard, but that's ok for now.

Have used one for years... works very well... lasts long. I clean my with Efferdent denture tabs and water in the morning... soak for about 15 minutes while I shower, etc., then rinse off.
