No where does it say on the listing but this is for 1 time use only. I think you can use it longer, maybe a week or 2, but the package says 1 time use. I never got this to work on my teeth, it would just fall off. Nothing really holding it against the teeth. Was afraid I might swallow it while I slept.

Very simple design. Surprisingly comfortable. At first I feared that it may somehow choke me in my sleep by it's design not being a typical mold design but it stays put. They wear out after approximately 2 months of use which is great for sanitary reasons.

Even this smaller footprint i find extremely uncomfortable.
The guard is likely effective in preventing grinding, but at the price not worthy.
Buy a sports mouth guard from walmart for a dollar and and trim it down, thats what i ended up doing
