Just as described. Decent case. Well made tools, not loose or sloppy. As a prepper I was happy to add this to my medical supplies. I also purchased 10 2ml vials of Novocaine from drugsfort dot com for around $20 with shipping. I tossed in a few syringes and antibiotics. All in all I have what I feel to be a well prepped dental kit for around a $100. This kit is well made. Although it is a bit heavy it is a prepper must have!
