I have had these envelopes before and was surprised when I went to use these...none of the envelopes were sticky/tacky, I have to
glue or tape every envelope. Must be very old or defective.

Perfect! After searching many places and sites for these envelopes, we found Amazon to have the best price and availability. They seal well and the claim address is easily in view. The envelope is slightly bigger than the claim form, however, if you fold the claim form to take up the extra slack the information will remain well hidden.
We have paid quite a bit more in the past for these same types of envelopes since they are not your normal envelopes. So happy to have found them available for purchase (and free shipping!) at Amazon. If you need claim envelopes, I don't think you will regret buying these!!
