Great service and great product. Very quick delivery. Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived by Tuesday. The product itself is exactly what I wanted: sturdy and solid for holding legal or letter-sized papers. There are various slots on the drawers so you can adapt to the size of the documents you plan to store and the fact that it is wider than it is tall allows you to put office supplies on the top, which I found handy. I did a fair amount of online research on different brands before selecting this brand. This brand is often seen at stores selling secondhand office furniture, which suggests that their products appear to last long enough to keep their value. It's well made, but then I guess that is reflected in the fact it is more expensive than some other cabinets. I was pleased it was produced in the US and am fine with paying more for a product that should hopefully last many years. I am not paid by the manufacturer for this review, just wanted to share my experience. One warning: it arrives pre-assembled, so make sure you have enough people to help you carry or move it to where you want. It is simply too heavy for one person to move up or down stairs.

 Missing keys to one of 2 files!, May 27, 2017

I ordered 2 Hon lateral files. 1 came with 2 keys & worked. Other files has dents plus no keys & no way to find number of product. Had to hire locksmith to drill out lock & break out lower side lock= $130. Now paint chips too from locksmith😡😡😡! Not Happy!

 Good sturdy cabinet, drawers not as wide as expected, February 14, 2017

If you prefer to have your files face forward rather than sideways, note that the interior of the drawers is only 33" wide, which means you can only fit two rows of letter sized files "side by side" (there's a good gap between where you can stick binders and other things, but not hang files.) I was expecting the drawers to be 36" wide and thus accommodate 3 rows of letter sized files side by side.
