We have purchased many generations of Sonicare toothbrushes and our past brushes were outstanding. This is by far the worst--to the point where we suspect that this is a knock off. The build is very cheap and plastic. The worst part is that it does not actually do its job, which is to clean teeth. A manual toothbrush is better than this POS. I've really lost faith in the Sonicare brand and am considering switching to another brand all together. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Good price but there is something off about them. They're not exactly the same as the brush heads you can buy in store. They remind me of the knock-off brand that I've used in the past. I think they don't fit onto the handle exactly the same as the traditional brush heads and it changes the vibration

I have tried knock off versions. Diamond clean. A few others, but I keep coming back to these. None of the other heads left me with that tounge over teeth smooth feeling like these did. In my opinion these remove the most plaque of all.
This being said before I used a sonicare I used a med or hard manual brush. These heads are not soft they are VERY firm, and this won't be for eveybody.
If you cannot use a med toothbrush then you won't like these. If you're a fan of a stiffer brush, then you will be.
They really remove the most plaque of all the heads. Hence the name.
I've never had an issue with bleeding or discomfort but again that's going to depend on your sensitivity.
They also seem to last longer for me and I don't have to replace them so often.
