 These brush heads are more like medium to hard

The brush heads are not soft as advertised. They may not fit on the original sonic handle tight so they vibrate very loud. I changed the original screw cap from my old brush head and the vibration and noise stopped. These brush heads are more like medium to hard. But, of course, you get what you pay for. 2 of the Sonic name brand brush heads cost the same as 6 of these. So, if your budget is limited these work just fine. Just don't brush your gums too long.
