 Accurate and Easy to Use

I've been dealing with hypertension, and had received a handme down hone blood pressure monitor, but it was giving me wonky readings. My doc suggested I get a new one and have the readings checked, so I got the Easy@Home model. It was very easy to set up. It has memory space for two different users, and will log measurements for each user. I took it in to my doc's during an appointment, and it was only two points off from her machine, so I'm confident in the readings I'm getting. When measurements are complete the screen lights up green (blood pressure normal) yellow (borderline) or red (high.) So it's easy to tell at first glance where I'm at. The only negative I have is that while the machine can use a power cord rather than batteries, it did not come with one. For now I'm just using batteries. It fits neatly in the case in between readings, making it easy to store or to toss into my travel trailer or suitcase.

Loving my new blood pressure monitor.... This one is full sized and I thought I ordered the wrist one but no biggie they all do the same thing... I got this one to keep at work so that I can always be on top of my numbers no matter were I am.... I love that this unit is color coded to let me quickly identify where my numbers are and where I need to be concerned at. Love that this unit has a great little carrying case that allows me to take it n the go easier and not tote around a Hugh bulky box everywhere.
This was super easy to use .... Easy to setup and it allow 2 ppl to use the same unit and saves their information as well. I received this free or at a discounted price for testing and reviewing purposes providing my honest unbiased opinion of the product tested.

 Reads too high and inconsistently

I have always wanted to keep track of my blood pressure at home without having to go to the doctor or somewhere else as part of my way to keep up with the status of my health. I got this upper arm blood pressure monitor to be able quickly get my blood pressure.
Operation of this upper arm blood pressure monitor is pretty easy. You simply slip the cuff onto your upper arm, making sure to tighten the velcro so that the "index" marking on the cuff is between the "OK" guides on the cuff. Basically, if you have normal sized arms, the cuff should fit without a hassle. However, if you have large arms, this cuff may be too small. After the cuff is put on, all you have to do is press the Start button and away it goes. After about 15-20 seconds, it will give you your blood pressure number. The screen will also turn different colors to indicate good, ok, or bad readings.
The main issue with this blood pressure monitor is that it reads way too high and its reading can vary wildly. My wife is a physical therapist and compared the readings from this blood pressure monitor with readings that she does manually with a stethoscope with a manual pump and aneroid gauge. The readings from this monitor is consistently 15 mmHg higher than her readings. What's more, I took my blood pressure with this monitor 4 times in a row and the numbers varied wildly. It read anywhere from 131/96 to 117/88 and two readings in between.
Overall, I give this product two stars for its ease of use, but no more than that because I don't really trust its results.

Nice blood pressure checker

This is a very nice upper arm blood pressure checker. It's nice and compact to have in the house to check the blood pressure when you need. I was looking for a nice one to have at home and this is perfect. It comes with the checker, arm band and battery. Very easy to use and worked with no issues. This is made with nice quality material and doesn't feel flimsy. Very nice product and I would recommend this.

Great blood pressure monitor

Received this blood pressure monitor fast and well packaged.
Love:
- Instruction is easy to understand.
- Cary case and 4 batteries are included.
- Blood pressure monitored seems well built and durable.
- Easy to use and fast reading. I've been testing this bp monitor with the entire family and it works great. I really like the feature of the backlit LCD. It will change colors based on what range your results are in. Blue indicates a healthy result, Orange indicates a moderately unhealthy result, and Red warns of a dangerous result. One of my family member has moderate high blood pressure and it turns orange.
- It stores/records reading for up to 2 users.
Cons:
- Nothing that I could think of, but I have other bp monitor that is smaller and more compact.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this product. I'm grateful that I could try and test it in exchange of my unbiased and honest review.

This is a very affordable unit that seems to be accurate in it's measurments.I find that no two machines read the same but if you get to know your own blood pressure monitor after frequent use...you will know how well your blood pressure is doing. I find blood pressure measurements change from one test to the next for all kinds of reasons. This machine could be used to help determine if a doctors visit would be in your best interest. (For a doctor's professional opinion.) I do like this monitor.
