Excellent save for people with special needs! The design of this brush makes it fail-proof brushing for my special needs sons. I used to have to brush their teeth for them, or else get dire warnings from the dentist, since they could not hold the brush properly. This brush gives them independence as well as clean teeth. I'm really glad it was invented. However would love to give it 2 separate ratings, because there are some flaws. Even the "extra reach" brush doesn't quite have enough reach; my dentist is asking me to teach the boys to try and get down into the base of the teeth, and that's hard. We're trying to learn to "Rock It" back and forth to reach those gum lines. The other issue is that, Yes, the bristles fall out sometimes, and sometimes the plastic just breaks. We have to keep a stash of extra brush heads. But the Big Save far outweighs these downsides. I'd still be brushing their teeth for them if not for the Hydrabrush.

This is a great replacement for the 30 second smile tooth brush. It works just like the original heads and it was very easy to put on. If you need a replacement buy this.

I love my hydra brush

I love my hydra brush! Had trouble getting old brushes off so I could put these new ones on, but all in all its a great toothbrush. Wish the replacements were not so expensive though.
