It works great, but I've been a sonicare user for years, and this sounds like a jackhammer in comparison. Very unpleasant noise first thing in the morning.

Bad Design

The AA batteries last longer in the Spinbrush than they do in the 360, which takes 2 AAA. This brush feels more powerful too, and I felt that it cleaner my teeth better than the 360. The handle is heavy and bulky in order to accommodate two AA batteries. My biggest complaints are the cost of the replacement brushes and the nearly impossible feat of opening up the battery compartment to change batteries. I needed to use a pair of pliers, which seriously marred the plastic. What designer in his right mind thought up and approved that design?
I doubt I would buy this brush again...unless Colgate improves the battery compartment. It's too frustrating to deal with.
