Expensive, but good

This is a great product - it's just a little on the expensive side. I purchased another brand previously, but when it was not available I decided to give this one a try. I actually make my own toothpaste using this. I have been using activated charcoal powder for a long time on not only my teeth, but also as tummy soother. One teaspoonful in a glass of water when you have indigestion, gas or nausea and it calms down within minutes. I used to work in a pharmacy years ago. We sold charcoal for this very reason. Doctors would recommend it to their patients and especially to parents to keep around in case their children ever ingested poison. Once take in, it absorbs the toxins. I tried this on the word of a friend, and it is great product; just a little too spendy for the size jar you receive. There are better deals out there. Bright white teeth Activated Charcoal Toothpaste is really good concept. in olden days people used to clean teeth with charcoal where tooth paste is not avail. but now a days all are using chemicals to clean. but this is the natural way to clean the teeth and make brighter and whiter with this product. easy to use, no smell and taste. works great on my teeth. I've tried several types of at home teeth whitening products, but this one is one of the best. It works well, it doesn't taste bad, and it's quick. It only takes a couple of minutes to brush your teeth with this instead of 30 minutes to use the peroxide gel/UV light method. This stuff can be messy, so be prepared to clean up after yourself when you're done. The Moody Zook charcoal whitening product doesn't leave my teeth feeling sensitive afterward, either, so I'm really happy about that. Leaves my mouth feeling brand new!

I had been having some gum issues, and hadn't had the chance to make it to the dentist. I ordered this because it's a double win if it could help whitten my teeth. My husband and I have been using it for a week in the shower(it's messy), and I like to put toothpaste on my toothbrush with it because it makes it nice and foamy. I brush my teeth with it just like I would any other time, and it makes my gums and teeth feel like I just left the dentist! The taste is what I would expect charcoal to taste like, but you get used to it. I think my teeth are whitened

Two notes; one, this stuff will get everywhere, so be ready to do a good amount of cleanup. Two, you need to brush for like 15 minutes each time you use it, which is a long time. My gums were sore by the end, so maybe a soft-bristled brush would be more ideal. However, I think my teeth are whiter! Check out the pics and see for yourself. Was this review helpful to you?
