Came as pictured and great first toothbrush! Bought this because our pediatrician recommended a finger brush when starting to brush our daughter's teeth. She doesn't mind it. Very satisfied (owned for a week so far).

Product came exactly as described. Only problem I could see some parents having is the finger brush is a very small opening. My son's father definitely won't be able to use it but me having small hands it will work out perfectly!
