Brush head falls off too easily.

Got this for my daughter. Love the idea but the brush heads just don't stay on. Who cares if the base stays upright if the brush head constantly falls off? (by "constantly" I mean 3 or more times per tooth brushing). I tried everything to make it stay on. I didn't want to super glue it because I already purchased some replacement heads. I thought maybe it was defective so I actually complained and got a replacement. Same exact thing with the replacement. It's a shame, I really liked the concept.
